1️⃣ Shoulder drop
Lift your shoulders → hold → drop them slowly.
Repeat 5 times.
2️⃣ Slow movement
Walk slowly for 2 minutes.
Focus on your feet touching the ground.
3️⃣ Long exhale breathing
Inhale for 4
Exhale for 6
Repeat for 1–2 minutes.
When your body relaxes, energy comes back naturally.
You don’t need to push through anxiety.
